Terms of Service
The agreement between you and LootDom: what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.
Last updated 27 October 2026
LootLabs Digital LTD, a private company limited by shares incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus under the Companies Law, Cap. 113, with registration number HE 497888 and registered office at 48 Themistokli Dervi, 3rd floor, Office 306, 1066 Nicosia, Cyprus ("Loot Labs", "we", "us", "our" or "ours"), owns and operates LootDom: the website at lootdom.com together with all affiliated websites, the games and the player, LootDom Studio, our apps and APIs, and all services provided through them (together, "LootDom" or the "Services"). Our contact details are set out in the section headed Contact us.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Loot Labs, and apply whenever you use LootDom.
By creating an account, or by using the Services without one, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Community Guidelines and, when you create on LootDom, our Creator Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use LootDom.
LootDom is in early access. Features may change or break, and we may reset test data while the platform is being built. We will tell you about anything that affects your account.
1.Who can use LootDom
LootDom is for players of all ages, with the protections below for younger players.
- Under the age of majority (18 in most places): a parent or legal guardian must read and agree to these Terms for you, and is responsible for your use of LootDom, including any purchases.
- Under 13 (or the age at which you can consent to the use of your personal data where you live, if that is higher): you may use LootDom only with the consent of a parent or guardian, as described in the children's section of our Privacy Policy.
- You may not use LootDom if we have banned you and the ban is still in force, if you are barred from using services like ours under the laws that apply to you, or if you are using it on behalf of someone who is.
A parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms for a child agrees to them both for the child and for themselves.
2.Your account
You sign in to LootDom with Google, Discord or a link we email you. LootDom has no passwords, so the security of your account depends on the security of that email address or sign-in account: keep it to yourself, and turn on two-step verification in Settings if you can.
- One account is for one person. Do not share, sell, rent, trade or give away your account, and do not use someone else's.
- You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at [email protected] straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- Usernames and display names must follow the Community Guidelines. Once used, a username stays tied to the account that used it and is not given to anyone else. We may change or remove names that break the rules.
- Your account, your username and your inventory are licensed to you for your use on LootDom; they are not property you can transfer.
3.The rules
The Community Guidelines and the Creator Guidelines are part of these Terms. In addition, you agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, or use software that gives an unfair advantage or changes how LootDom or a game works;
- use bots, scripts or automated tools to play, create accounts, collect data or interact with other people, unless we have allowed it (for example, Studio's tools and the APIs we publish for creators);
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile or take apart the Services, except where the law allows it and cannot be limited by contract;
- attack, overload, probe or get around the security of the Services, our servers or anyone's account;
- buy, sell or trade accounts, LootBux, items or other parts of the Services for money or anything else outside LootDom;
- use LootDom to break the law, or to help anyone else break these Terms;
- use the Services for commercial purposes we have not agreed to in writing, other than earning through the features we provide for creators.
4.Your content
"Your content" is everything you create, upload or share on LootDom: games, places, models, scripts, images, audio, meshes, videos, avatar items, names, descriptions, messages, chat, and anything else.
You keep ownership of your content. To run LootDom we need permission to use it, so:
The licence lasting is what lets things that cannot be undone keep working: items other players already own, assets other creators have used in their games with your permission, copies held in backups, and records we must keep for legal or safety reasons. When you delete content, we stop actively offering it to new people, within a reasonable time.
Other users may use your content only in the ways LootDom's features allow: playing your games, wearing items they own, and using assets you have made public in their own creations as the asset's settings allow.
You promise that you own your content or have every right needed to share it on LootDom and to grant the licences above, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law. Content you import from other platforms must be your own work or work you are licensed to use (see the Creator Guidelines).
Where the law allows, you waive (and agree not to assert) any moral rights in your content against LootDom and its users, such as a right to be named or to object to changes, to the extent needed for the uses above.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without paying you or owing you anything.
5.Moderation and enforcement
We want LootDom to be safe for everyone, so we may review, filter, label, restrict or remove content, and take action on accounts, when we believe it breaks these Terms, the guidelines or the law, or puts people at risk. We use automated tools (for example, text filters) and human review. When someone reports a problem in a game, the game server keeps a short recording of what happened around the report so our moderators can see it; our Privacy Policy explains what it holds and how long we keep it.
Depending on what happened, we may:
- remove or hide content;
- give a warning, which restricts the account until it is acknowledged;
- ban an account for a period (currently 1, 3, 7, 14 or 30 days) or permanently, which covers the website, Studio and every game;
- remove access to voice chat for a period or permanently;
- close accounts linked to the same person, including new accounts made to get around a ban;
- report illegal content or activity to the authorities where we must or where someone may be in danger.
We will tell you which rule we think you broke, what we did and why, and whether it was decided or detected automatically, unless the law or someone's safety prevents it. If you think we made a mistake, you can ask us to look again within six months of the decision: from Settings → Account standing, from the notice shown on your account, or by contacting [email protected]. A person, not only an automated system, will review it, and we will tell you the outcome. Anyone can report content they believe is illegal through the report tools or to [email protected], and we will tell them what we decided.
If your account is banned permanently or closed for breaking these Terms, you lose access to its LootBux, items and content, to the extent the law allows.
6.LootBux and virtual items
LootBux is LootDom's virtual currency. You can spend it on avatar items, game passes, developer products and other things on LootDom.
- LootBux and virtual items are a licence to use them on LootDom. They are not money, property or a deposit; they have no value outside LootDom and cannot be exchanged for money, except through a creator program we run under its own terms.
- When you buy LootBux, the purchase is completed by our payment provider, and the price, taxes and any bonus are shown before you pay. Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If you are in the UK or EU, you agree that LootBux are delivered immediately and that you lose your right to cancel once they are.
- Things you buy with LootBux inside a game (game passes and developer products) are sold by that game's creator, who is responsible for delivering what they describe. ${COMPANY.short} processes the sale and keeps a platform fee.
- We may change prices, change or retire items, and correct balances that are wrong because of a mistake, a bug, fraud or a chargeback.
- If a child made a purchase without permission, a parent or guardian should contact [email protected]. Reversing a payment with your bank instead may lead to the account being restricted while we look into it.
- If we ever close LootDom, we will give reasonable notice. Unused LootBux will not be refunded except where the law requires it.
Paid purchases are not yet open during early access.
7.Creating and earning on LootDom
Creators can publish games, upload assets and, where available, sell game passes, developer products and items for LootBux. Creating on LootDom is subject to the Creator Guidelines.
- LootDom keeps a platform fee on sales made through creators' games and items; the rest is credited to the creator (a person or a group) in LootBux. The fee is currently 15% of the price, for game passes, developer products and private servers of a game alike. We will give notice before changing it.
- A private server of a game is bought for good and is not refunded: not when its owner closes it, and not when the game's creator stops offering private servers or takes the game down.
- What a creator earns from a sale, and what a group pays a member from its funds, is held for 7 days before it can be used, so that a purchase can be reviewed or reversed. A group's owner may share the group's income with its members; LootDom is not a party to that arrangement.
- Earned LootBux can be exchanged for money only through a creator program we offer, under that program's own terms and eligibility rules. No such program is open yet.
- Creators are responsible for their games: what they contain, what they sell, the data they collect, and the services they connect to.
8.Other services
LootDom works with other companies' services, such as Google and Discord for signing in and hCaptcha to stop automated sign-ups; your use of those is also governed by their terms. Games may connect to services outside LootDom that their creators choose; those connections are the creator's responsibility. We are not responsible for services we do not control.
9.Copyright and takedown notices
We respect intellectual property and expect our users to as well. If you believe content on LootDom infringes your copyright or other rights, email [email protected] with:
- your name and contact details, and your authority to act if you represent the owner;
- what the original work is;
- where the content is on LootDom (links, or asset, game or user ids);
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, made under penalty of perjury where that applies;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We will remove or disable the content when the notice is valid and tell the person who uploaded it. If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address explaining why, with the same details. Content imported from other platforms keeps a record of where it came from, so original owners can find it and ask for its removal.
We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe others' rights.
10.Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have.
11.Changes to the Services
We are always working on LootDom, so features will be added, changed and removed. We may also suspend or end parts of the Services, temporarily or for good, for maintenance, security, legal or business reasons. Where a change significantly affects what you have paid for, we will tell you in advance where we can.
12.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we make a change that matters, we will tell you on LootDom and ask you to accept the new version before you carry on using your account. Changes do not apply to anything that happened before they took effect. If you do not agree to new Terms, you can stop using LootDom and ask us to close your account.
13.Disclaimers
We work hard to keep LootDom running and safe, but we provide the Services as they are and as available. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful content, or that content or data will never be lost. Content on LootDom is made by its users, not by us, and does not reflect our views.
Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have by law as a consumer that cannot be excluded.
14.Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Loot Labs and its affiliates, staff and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data, goodwill or virtual items, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim about the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 euros.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
15.Your responsibility to us
To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover Loot Labs's reasonable losses and costs (including legal fees) from claims by other people that arise from your content, your use of the Services in breach of these Terms, or your breaking the law or anyone's rights.
16.Ending this agreement
You can stop using LootDom at any time. To close your account, contact [email protected] from the email address on the account. We may suspend or close your account under section 5, or if we stop offering the Services. Sections 4, 6, 13, 14, 15, 17 and 18, and anything else that by its nature should, continue after this agreement ends.
17.Disputes and governing law
If you have a problem with LootDom, please contact us first at [email protected]; most issues can be sorted out quickly that way.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and its courts have jurisdiction over disputes about them. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts.
If you are in the EU and disagree with a moderation decision we made about you or your content, you can also take it to an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under the EU Digital Services Act. We will take part in good faith.
18.General
- These Terms, with the documents they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services.
- If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
- We may transfer this agreement to a company that takes over LootDom; you may not transfer it without our written agreement.
- These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation and they differ, the English version applies, except where the law says otherwise.
