Community Guidelines
How we treat each other on LootDom: what's welcome, what isn't, and what happens when someone breaks the rules.
Last updated 14 October 2026
LootDom is a place to play, create and hang out with people of every age. These guidelines are what keeps it that way. They apply everywhere on LootDom: games, chat and voice, messages, profiles, groups, Studio, and everything you create or upload. They are part of our Terms of Service.
Context matters. A fight in a game is not a threat, and a bad word blocked by the filter is not the same as someone using it to hurt a person. Our moderators look at what was said or made, where, and why.
1.Keep everyone safe
Nothing on LootDom may put anyone, and especially young people, in danger.
- Child safety: never sexualise minors, try to groom or exploit them, or share or ask for sexual content involving anyone under 18. We report this to the authorities.
- Threats and violence: do not threaten to hurt anyone, encourage violence, or celebrate real attacks or the people who carry them out.
- Extremism: do not support, promote or recruit for terrorist, violent extremist or hate groups, or use their symbols to promote them.
- Self-harm: do not encourage suicide, self-harm or eating disorders. If someone seems to be at risk, report it so we can help, and if anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
- Dangerous activities: do not encourage challenges or acts that could seriously hurt someone.
- Real-world harm: do not organise or carry out harassment, stalking or other harm against LootDom users outside LootDom.
2.Treat people with respect
- Bullying and harassment: do not insult, mock, shame or keep targeting someone, encourage others to pile on, or keep contacting someone who has asked you to stop or has blocked you.
- Discrimination and hate: do not attack or exclude people for their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or any other part of who they are.
- Profanity: keep language suitable for everyone. Swearing, slurs and getting around the chat filter with spellings, symbols or images are not allowed.
- Dating and romance: LootDom is not a dating platform. Do not look for romantic or sexual partners, flirt with people, or act out romantic or sexual role-play.
3.Keep content suitable for everyone
Everything on LootDom, in games, items, images, audio, names and chat, has to be suitable for players of every age.
- Sexual content: no nudity, sexual acts, sexual references or suggestive content, and no sexualised avatars or clothing.
- Violence and gore: fighting and action are fine in games; realistic gore, dismemberment, torture and cruelty are not.
- Drugs, alcohol and other regulated things: do not show or promote illegal drugs, the misuse of alcohol, tobacco or vaping, or weapons sales in the real world.
- Gambling: no real-money gambling, and nothing that lets players bet money or things worth money on chance.
- Disturbing content: no content made to shock, such as real tragedies, real-world violence or animal cruelty.
4.Play fair and be honest
- Cheating and exploits: do not use cheats, exploits, modified clients, or bugs to get an advantage or spoil a game for others. If you find a bug, report it.
- Scams: do not trick people out of their accounts, LootBux or items, promise things you will not deliver, or run fake giveaways.
- Leaving LootDom: do not ask people to move to another app or website, or share links that lead off LootDom to trade, chat privately or pay. Scams often start this way.
- Impersonation: do not pretend to be another person, a LootDom staff member, a moderator or a well-known creator, or make it look like you speak for LootDom.
- Spam: do not flood chat, messages, groups or listings with repeated, unwanted or advertising content.
- Trading and selling outside LootDom: do not buy or sell accounts, LootBux or items for real money or for things outside LootDom.
- Ban evasion: if your account is banned, do not make or use other accounts to get around it.
5.Keep personal information private
Personal information can be used to find, scam or hurt people. Do not ask for, share or collect it, about yourself or anyone else:
- real names, home or school addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts used to contact someone privately, photos of yourself or others, or your location;
- account details, sign-in links or codes, or anything that would let someone into an account;
- other people's private conversations or personal details (no doxxing).
LootDom staff will never ask you for a sign-in link, a two-step verification code or anything that gets into your account.
6.Names, profiles and avatars
Usernames, display names, bios, profile links, group names, game names and avatars follow the same rules as everything else. They also may not contain personal information, impersonate anyone, include words like LootDom, admin or mod that suggest you speak for LootDom, or be built to get around the filter.
7.Voice chat
Voice chat is optional and you can mute or block anyone. When you use it:
- everything above applies to what you say, the same as to what you type;
- do not shout, play loud or disturbing sounds, or play music or audio you do not have the rights to;
- do not record other people without their permission.
Misusing voice chat can lose you access to it for a period or permanently, even when the rest of your account is not restricted.
8.What you create and upload
Games, models, scripts, images, audio, video, avatar items and anything else you upload must follow these guidelines, and creators must also follow our Creator Guidelines. In short: only upload what you made or have the right to use, keep it suitable for everyone, and never hide harmful scripts or backdoors in anything you share.
9.Reporting and blocking
If someone is breaking these guidelines, report them: from their profile, from the conversation in your messages, or from the menu in a game. In games, a report also saves a short recording of what happened so our moderators can see it for themselves. You can also block anyone, which stops them contacting you, joining you or seeing you on LootDom.
Please only report real problems; false or repeated reports to target someone are themselves harassment.
10.What happens when the rules are broken
We look at what happened, how serious it was, and the account's history. We may remove the content and, depending on that:
- give a warning, which you have to read and acknowledge before you can use LootDom again;
- ban the account for 1, 3, 7, 14 or 30 days, or permanently, from the whole of LootDom: the website, Studio and every game;
- remove access to voice chat for a period or permanently;
- remove other accounts used by the same person, and report illegal behaviour to the authorities.
The most serious problems, such as anything that endangers a child, threats of real violence or extremism, lead to a permanent ban straight away. When we act on your account, we tell you which rule was broken. If you think we got it wrong, you can ask us to look again (see the Terms).
